  • In case of receipt of damaged, defective, or not as ordered items, please report the same immediately (within 24 hours) to our Customer Service team on the day of delivery of the goods and the replacement will be on its way to you.

  • We will arrange pickup of the damaged items. Delivery will be free for the replaced product.

  • Please note in such cases where a replacement is not available we will keep the amount as store credit for future purchases. You can reorder the item you want as soon as we receive the returned item.

  • In any other case, there will be no returns or exchanges.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours by calling us or during order confirmation process, once the order is confirmed and shipped out; latter cancellation would not be possible.
