Because it is 100 percent oil free, it quickly dries down to a powder finish. The formula is concentrated—a little goes a long way—and can be built up to a show-stopping beam.
Jelly Beam has a transformative property that lets it start as a jelly and set like a powder, which is why it tends to jellify or form together and move around in the packaging and lid. If stirred, the product will transform into a runny consistency and fill up the space of the container. Use it as-is, or have some fun and give it a stir. Both consistencies will give you the same beaming finish.

The key is to swipe it on with a finger (instead of dotting the product) and blend. Work on one area at a time.
